What is Radical Potential
Radical Potential is a call. A call to all those who know they were made for something more and are ready to go for it.
Most of us walk around day to day, trudging through the trenches of life because we don’t realize there is so much more. You, yes YOU, have within you untapped potential that is waiting to be unleashed.
Zig Ziglar said: “When you catch a glimpse of your potential that’s when passion is born”. Living a life of passion {meaning being excited to wake up every day because you know it will be filled with activities that energize you and give you purpose, fulfilling your potential and your passion} is within your reach.
Sound too good to be true? It is entirely possible to live this life, but you have to be willing to do the “work”, to make the commitment and the changes needed. Your potential will stretch you farther than you thought possible, but you will never feel more alive.
Who is Radical Potential
Leisa Crocq is the creator behind Radical Potential, a personal development & corporate training company. She has her roots in Northern Alberta where she was blessed to have great leaders and mentors in her family and teachers. Though life’s circumstances tried to hold her back and keep her down; Leisa rose to the top, all because a few very special people saw her potential and helped her to grow in it.
Leisa has always wanted to give that back. Radical Potential was born out of that desire and the desire to help others.
“Everyone has a unique purpose and gift that only they can do. But often, that purpose gets overshadowed by “life”. Just like a seed hides its potential until it is nurtured, so it is with people. We all just need the right nurturing for our potential to blossom”.
From a young age Leisa always dreamed of being a teacher, an actress and/or a psychologist so she was a little surprised when she landed working in the oil and gas industry in Alberta, and not only liked it, was pretty good at it. She has a knack for numbers, people and an excellent memory. Those skills combined with the desire to succeed allowed Leisa to grow with no formal industry training. The progression of her career and growth/learning over the years provided opportunities that helped to define and refocus her to her passion, unlocking the potential within.
Leisa loves to help people, especially to encourage them and let them know that they can do anything they set their mind to. She has found a passion for training and setting up training to ensure that people are meeting their full potential and growth capability. She now has come full circle back to the original dreams of teaching, acting (speaking) and counselling.
